D Type CNG Compressor is ideal for medium and large sized CNG filling station,especially for CNG mother and standard station.It is horizontal symmetrical reciprocating(piston) compressor,which is mainly composed of the main compression, anti-explosive electric motor, cooling unit, lubrication unit, internal connection pipeline, safety valve, and the blow-down valve,the PLC control cabinet,etc.

Description

D Type CNG Compressor is ideal for medium and large sized CNG filling station(mother,standard and daughter station),
oil field vent gas recovery,natural gas gathering and transportcially,chemical gas process,etc.It is horizontal symmetrical reciprocating(piston) compressor,with 2-4 stages,which is mainly composed of the main compression, anti-explosive electric motor, cooling unit, lubrication unit, internal connection pipeline,safety valve, and the blow-down valve,the PLC control cabinet,etc.

Features:

1. Symmetric structure, strong maintainability, large discharge capacity(700 to 4500Sm3/h), wide application range.

2. Two rows symmetrical balance type compressor.The internal balance between the reciprocating inertia force and inertia force rotation is completely realized.Unit operation is very balanced with minimal vibration.

3. Cylinders symmetrical layout: cylinder and packing adopts oil free lubrication structure,with forced less oil lubrication. The oil saving effect is obvious.

4. High pressure packing seal technology and remarkable energy-saving.

5. Skid mounted compressor unit, convenient transportation and installation.
